Kirsty has 15 years experience as a Scale-Up Consultant & NED. During this time she has supported over 500 business owners in making a significant impact to their origination, their brands’ engagement with the market and where relevant, exit valuation.

Her expertise spans the marketing spectrum, spilling also into sales and software as necessary alliances! 

Often, an organisations commercial growth goals are detached from its day to day operations. Investment plans are light on the detail around origination or focused on a single route to/market. Kirsty provides a fresh view on how to design the sales and marketing activity to support the post-investment growth projections. 

Following an audit or customer mapping exercise, Kirsty may support you with the execution of the results. As an example this might include; redesigning the customer user experience, optimising the onboarding funnel or making bold strategic strides to help your customers become more “sticky” and your brand more future proof.

Kirsty has a BA (Hons) degree, Masters and 10 years as a Chartered Marketer but admits there’s much more to learn! Away from the desk, Kirsty can be found entertaining her young boys or on the yoga matt!
